“The plastic on this feels a little cheaply made but could just be used to the texture plastic of Magpul. All Adjustments work nicely. And can be adjusted perfectly”
“Love my Luth-AR’s MBA-3 so much on my 6.5 Grendel that I bought this MBA-1 for my .224 Valkyrie, that I had been running a Magpul rifle stock on. The only change I made is swapping out the MBA-1’s single axis adjustment buttplate for the 3 axis adjustable version found on the MBA-3, along with the soft buttpad. Don’t know yet if I’ll miss the picatinny rail that’s on MBA-3 but not on the MBA-1 as I haven’t found a use for the rail. It would be nice if the 3 axis buttplate had the ability to flip upside down for even more adjustability, but the slot is not centered and will not line up flipped upside down. Still all in all, both the MBA-1 and MBA-3 are 2 of the best adjustable stocks for precision AR rifles in their price range.”
“Surprised how much the cheek weld moves. Hopefully I can figure out how ti secure it better, before switching to a Magpul PRS. Cheek weld actually interferes with the charging handle and I can't imagine raising it higher and being able to see through the scope.”
“Haven't tested it yet at the range but this should real well with the long-range shots. I really like the adjustable cheek weld. Also, I like the mount points for a possible mono-pod.”
“Have this and the carbine version on several longer range rifles. Have Magpul PRS also. These are much lighter and much lighter on the wallet especially through Monmouth. Shipping was fast and they have awesome Ballistic Advantage barrel prices.”
