The .223 Lake City headstampted Brass I received from Monmouth truly exceeded my expectations. Having just retired from 30 years of military service, I decided to get back into the world of reloading... I ordered large shipment of .223 Lake City Brass from another supplier through Amazon that had raving reviews... Only to receive that shipment with the box itself looking like it had just come from a war zone and there was significant damage to the brass inside from obvious mishandling and inadequate packaging for shipment. Even worse, when I started to sort through the "other supliers" brass, every handful was 50/50 mix of what was supposed to be all Lake City headstamps with other various commercial manufactures.  When I sort through the brass I received from Monmouth Brass, it was quite the opposite... I looked and couldn't find anything other than Lake City headstamp brass. The bottom line, if you are looking for quality once fired brass, you will not be disappointed in Monmouth.”

“I couple day ago, I saw that the once fired LC 5.56 brass was back in stock. I noticed that there was no "Send it Dirty!" option, so I messaged them on Facebook. Within a few seconds, I had a reply and was told it would be fixed shortly. Also note that this is after 8PM on a Friday night.
Needless to say, the issue was fixed, I ordered my brass and received it Monday afternoon!
At the time of ordering, there was a notice that high order volume could increase processing new orders up to 6 days. I didn't seem to have a problem :)

There are a lot of vendors selling once fired LC brass. Having never dealt with others, I can't say anything good or bad about them. However, with Monmouth Brass' attentiveness and level of customer service, I won't be giving anyone else a chance anytime soon.”
