I ordered 1000 LC brass with damaged necks. I plan on converting them over to 300 blackout. I was surprised to find that about 50% didn't even have a split in the neck, they had a pretty good ding instead. I sized a handful and most of them came out fine when resized to 223. Bonus, I even got one 9mm and one 40 piece of brass.

I bought 1,000 rounds of damaged brass in uncleaned condition. I bought the damaged brass to convert to 300 Blackout. Most cases had damaged necks that get cut off anyway. 58 cases were damaged lower case bad enough that they can't be used. There were also two .308 cases in the lot. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase. Good communication and fast shipping!

In my shipment, about 7-8% was WCC brass. Since I'm only interested in Lake City brass for competition, the WCC brass was not usable. If this percentage is representative of most shipments, figure on this scrap rate.

ordered 1000 .223 LC brass with .224 55 grain 1000ct bullets,Ordered arrived in 2 business days brass and bullets were very well packed both triple bagged/boxed nothing ripped open or spilt as other sellers shipments have. Brass case mouths looked more damaged then usually, but the majority of the bent brass mouths were still able to be resized and bumped back to a normal neck and shoulder. sorted all the brass 79 pieces were to badly damaged at the case mouth to be used/ ran through a sizing die. full weight of brass was 13.75 lbs ( slightly over 1000 by weight)to make up for the damaged cases. overall a good purchase, fast shipment and good customer care, Would order again and recommend to a friend. A+

I ordered 1000 pcs. of as-is Lake City 5.56 brass. After cleaning and sorting there were no culls and only had 4 pcs. with other head stamps, but had plenty extra to make up for them. Fast shipping, will be ordering more.

Ordered the 1000 Damaged Lake City 556 so I could make some 300 Blackout brass. A couple pieces looked like chewed hamburger (I expected that), but after processing - ALL the pieces worked out great. If you're needing to make some 300 Blackout - you can save good money by using the dent/ding/damaged brass that Monmouth offers. Shipping went well. Package arrived in good shape.

Great buy! About 5 cases were found to be unusable due to big creases in the brass....less than 1% that Monmouth allowed for. Will buy again.

On scale of 1-10, I give you a 10 for both service and quality of your brass. I had also recommend you to a friend that had purchase brass from you and I know they were very pleased with your company also. I have been reloading since 1970 and would recommend your company to all of my friends. Sincerely, AB Maine
