“Received Email confirmation of order directly after purchase. Next day received email of product shipment with tracking numbers as I ordered both 7.62x51 and 5.56. Both orders were shipped priority 2 day usps. The packages were one day apart. USPS screwed the seller and buyer as the packages were delivered the following Monday. Aside from the usps delay the product so far is as described and as expected. I chose to "get them dirty". I have all the necessary equipment to prep and clean was surprised to see there wasn't much dirt or debris in or on the cases. I usually get local indoor range brass but they started scrapping it. The lake city I received cleaned up as easily as the indoor stuff I used to get. So with that being said I will not have to look anywhere else for my brass needs. The packaging was perfect. I have ordered bullets in the past from midway USA and other online websites and by the time they get here they are shredded up. Not so with Monmouth. They taped the box securely all over. Overall I'm very happy I found them. They also have what so far seems like the largest amount of quantities on hand too. Met all my requirements for return business for certain”
“Now, I did find lower prices but they had low reviews. I have found maybe 5 pieces of brass that are dark/black, that's it. I haven't found any that are too damaged to use. They all cleaned up very nicely, in exception to the 5 I mentioned before. If you are reloading .223/5.56 ammo and not buying this brass then I don't know what you're doing with your life because it's not what you should be doing. I also greatly appreciate how the packaging was done. It's a solid, no mess package that I can leave the cases in until they're all cleaned. I also wouldn't fear any cases falling out during the shipping process. With that said, as long as they have the brass I need then I'll be getting it from here.”
“Ordered 1000 once fired lake city brass had it sent dirty. Product came in a couple of days. Product was as expected and arrived quickly. Make sure if you order lake city brass you are prepared to remove the military crimp. I use the RCBS swage tool.”
