“This is my second year using this brine for the Thanksgiving turkey. I did leave the bird in the brine a little longer than what was recommended on the bottle (I did 1 1/2 days for a 14 lb bird). It came out so perfectly moist and flavorful that there were hardly any leftovers. We were even able to use the carcass to make to make an awesome soup that weekend.”

“I bought this turkey brine this year and used it for the first time. I followed Chef Tom’s recipe for the Classic Holiday Turkey and it came out simply lovely. I mixed 2 bottles of this with 2 gallons of water and placed in a large brine bucket for 28 hours. The flavor is incredible and you can taste it within the meat. I injected the turkey with a bar of Karrigold Butter and the turkey came out so moist, full of flavor, and everyone loved it. My new Turkey Brine going forward each year. I highly recommend this product!”
