“I booked my sister heaven when she went to the oz. Canceled due to weather. He re-booked and unfortunately had to stop due to illness and they did not allow him to rewrite. So basically we lost all the money. Customer service was very difficult to find people. Because it was an illness you have reports from doctors and hospitals but that doesn't make a difference. What a waste of money. Do not use this company”
