It was really quite disapointing. I imagined beautiful colorful rivers full of different creatures and in fact a few fish and the same thing all the time. Not beautiful colored corals and fish. The best thing was to see a tortoise in the first place but otherwise there is nothing really interesting. Don't expect clown fishes in their anemones and in "Dory" and many other variants. You will not go to the most beautiful rocks. The first place was better. The second place was full of really annoying jellyfish. The food was far worse than expected. The staff were friendly.

It was ok day. The first place for snorkeling was boring but the second place was much better, not so bad. The staff was fine. Lunch would be better, vegetarian option would be vegetarian, protein option would be as good as hummus. Many people on this trip seemed to enjoy it.

One of the best day out on the reef as a family. The staff were fantastic, happy to help with great attitudes! On a whim we did a guided snorkel with Sam the marine biologist which was Amazing, an hour of snorkelling outside the zone of the rest of the group. We learnt some cool facts and saw some wonderful wonders. Definitely worth it! The entire crew went above and beyond to make sure everyone there really enjoyed themselves.

The crew was very friendly, enthusiastic and supported / helped the first timers on the water! River areas are beautiful and the spatial time is generous. An amazing boat with plenty of space for all the passengers. Shannon was amazed to take pictures with the tortoise and the fish. The entire team was cleaning and safeguarding COVID Safe with the procedures for rides, descent and food and most of the available sanitiser. You are definitely a winner on this day trip.

All in all we had a great day - it's hard to have a bad day we see something as beautiful as the Great Barrier Reef. The boat was nice, the crew was friendly, the food was better than expected and the diving areas were great. I think there is room for improvement in this company. I am saddened that there was no reception / admission in the country, and that there was no aspect of education on the voyage other than paying extra for a snorkelling with a marine biologist. With the captive captives for a few hours, I was really looking forward to hearing some facts about GBR and some discussion about water and conservation equipment. It seems that the company that makes money from the rocks should have some interest in teaching visitors how to keep them alive. I am also shocked by the number of single uses or plastic wrap items found on the boat and there is no attempt to ensure after meals especially that everything goes into the barrels. In the upper corner, there were discarded plates and chocolate bars flying around that could end up directly in the ocean. I also saw other visitors feeding on bread to catch fish by the side of the boat. Another drawback was that no instructions were given on how to get in and out of the boat. Most people apparently had never ridden a boat before and did not know how to get in and out with their wings and people trying to get in and out of the water at the same time on the same stairs, and jumping over people. Make a real fuss when it comes time to enter.

Good day on the rock! The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Our experience would not have been more enjoyable, and traveling by helicopter would have been more enjoyable. I will not hesitate to recommend this trip

I'm just coming back from an amazing day going down under diving !! Everything was perfect - from the luxurious boat to the beautiful arches. But the best part was the staff. You see they love their work! We were led to die by cert by pastor Phil, he was enthusiastic and knowledgeable! I felt very safe with him. Shannon the photographer took such beautiful photos that make such wonderful memories! Lunch was also good. Highly recommend this trip to anyone! Great company to choose from!
