To say that this trip, the crew is amazing. The staff there were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was a problem. The highlight I saw was the tortoise, Wally and the swarms of fish. Thank you guys for continuing the great work 👍🏼

We had a snorkeling day on the rock which was an amazing experience enjoyed by the every moment with all the staff where they were friendly but the one that stood out the most was Emily the marine biologist who went above and beyond to help and care for the people we were with! Thanks again for a great day! It was really amazing !!!

There would be no mistake in this trip today! The crew and customers were outstanding, if only one could get such a service everywhere. The boat is nice and clean, it is very good to keep the toilets clean all day. And it is very safe, organized and the ship was kept safe. You can't rate these people enough .. 10 out of 5 stars .. will come back again.

Amazing day! It started with a welcome from the first class staff! Excellent skiing gear and well-planned! Great lunch. We will definitely be visiting Caines again and visiting Down Under Cruise and Dive.

The family loved the day at the beach! Emily was very knowledgeable, and our son loved to explain the huge obstacles to our boat. Shay, Eddie, and the staff took good care of my husband and me and had a pleasant conversation with the Captain. Riding on a large boat with plenty of space for everyone and a safe covid policy. We really enjoyed our trip. Highly Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I found it difficult to get information about certified divers so I decided to use this space to talk about that. First of all other resources. Book here and you will receive an email confirmation but no further confirmation from the company until you arrive. No worries, they have your details and you can proceed. Reach Reef Fleet Terminal (main hall) and check around 7:15 am at the Under Cruise Desk and Dive desk (hard to find company name here on TripAdvisor) The boat leaves the harbor between 8-830. I am a certified diver with more than 30 collapses in Mexico, Hawaii and the US East Coast and I really enjoyed 3 crashes with this company. We went to 2 Saxon and North Hastings sites. The boat is carrying 180 people but had only 70 people today of which only 5 are certified divers. The rest were a mix of family traffickers or " divers of the day " (they have never been pigeons before and are not guaranteed). Yes there are additional costs for attaching a payment guarantee here. This is possible because if you miss your trip for any reason, you are not paying the minimum fee AND all other taxes / expenses that come with the downfall. Soon you get to see some beautiful corals with colorful colors around them. The deep dive was 16 m. We used a stinger suit without a wet suit (inside is very warm). Very little wandering. They have a professional camera that follows you closely and take your day. We saw a green sea turtle, a hawksbill tortoise and 2 white tip reef sharks. We also saw lots of parrots and clownfish as well. I would say next time I was looking for a specific diving company but this was a good introduction to GBR! There was something I felt like strong currents that day and I thought that maybe some basic advice about boating in crowds and swimming conditions would have been helpful as I have seen in other boats as there was definitely a lot of traffic around the boat and many were out of control around the wings. For me, there were many families with young children running. There were a lot of divers of the day" and I couldn't keep track of my BC after each collapse and people kept taking my weight belt. If they can separate the less-experienced divers that would be great and lead to a personalized experience. Our diving master, Sally, was beautiful. We finally got some great pictures and returned to the harbor at 4 p.m. It's all a great experience. Looking forward to the future, so everything is really amazing! one of the best experiences of my life! Hopefully I’ll be back again to find it again! very good! Don't miss out! Highly recommended! "

I booked this trip as a certified diver alone. I was instructed to enter at 7:15 a.m.. The ship was not sold until 8:00 am. There was another $ 20 Reef tax for entry. Note this. Everyone was so friendly and caring for my needs. I can't say enough about how well I was treated. My dive coach Dancy (I think this was her name) was very high and very patient. Thank you for being so perfect in explaining the immersion process and the process. Everything was provided for the crash including the steering wheel suit. They also had sunscreen. It was an extra $ 10 per dive for each targeted dive, which was unexpected. I thought the immersion pack included this already. So with three dips it cost me another $ 30. The tour features a professional photographer who takes pictures of everyone. It looks like the boat could support 134 people depending on the number of cubby barrels. For $ 50 I was able to get my photos and Reef photos. These came via USB. Images are of different quality and are worth it. Coffee, tea and biscuits are served in the morning. They were going well. Lunch was also good. The guests pretended not to have seen the food before and went through the buffet. This seems to have been their last meal on earth. However, the boat did not run out of food. Sodas and beer can be bought at the bar. Water, coffee and tea were free. We returned to the harbor around 4:30 PM. So this trip is a full day commitment. The tug-of-war was fine. I was expecting a better collapse. This trip seems to take care of snorklers more than divers. There were only seven divers certified in the boat. Next time I plan to collapse with a very small group focused on certified divers. I think diving will be better and the boat will be very crowded. There were many families and children running. I think this trip is great for families and people with little knowledge of snorkeling. All in all it is truly amazing! one of the best experiences of my life! Hopefully I’ll be back again to find it again! very good! Don't miss out! Highly recommended!
