“I ordered a banner for an event and was contacted regarding the quality of the image, which I appreciated. After approving the image, the banner arrived with spots on the face and other parts of the banner as well as ripples at the top which gave the banner a 3D look. One side stood out more than the other. I contacted customer service, sent pictures (which I was asked to do) and asked when my event was. I received an email requesting another photo but not addressing the ripples. I mentioned my event date and the fact that I had approved the image (twice at this point) and was more concerned about the ripples that went from the top of the banner. Hopefully, I'll receive it in time.”

“Ordering was simple and easy and delivery was quick. Printed quality was good, but don’t trust the boundary boxes on the site preview. They ended up cutting off the top part of our logo. Overall not terrible at all, but the site preview is a bit misleading. Leave a bit more room for error on the boundary boxes.”
