“The tractable banner is GREAT! The only thing is when I go to retract it, it gets a little off so it takes a few seconds more to retract.”

“The hardware that came with it does not allow it to stand up. I had to tie it to my pop up tent”

“I ordered a banner for an event and was contacted regarding the quality of the image, which I appreciated. After approving the image, the banner arrived with spots on the face and other parts of the banner as well as ripples at the top which gave the banner a 3D look. One side stood out more than the other. I contacted customer service, sent pictures (which I was asked to do) and asked when my event was. I received an email requesting another photo but not addressing the ripples. I mentioned my event date and the fact that I had approved the image (twice at this point) and was more concerned about the ripples that went from the top of the banner. Hopefully, I'll receive it in time.”
