“I have always enjoyed working with Banners on the Cheap, this was not a good experience. Instead of helping me solve the problem of my broken retractable banner. The customer service was useless and unhelpful and didn’t know anything about the product being sold. What happened here? Customer service was SO good previously.”

“I love the banner itself. With a slight breeze I had that aluminum frame tipping often for my event. I had to place 4 bricks down and sometimes that didn’t stabilize the piece.”
