“Stand and banner were good quality material however the logo that printed on the top of the banner was blurry and did not print well. This may have been in error on my end but the graphic looked fine on the computer and I didn’t see any notifications that it could possibly not print correctly.”

“Great banners. However, this company has got to package their products better for shipping. My first 2 retractable banners came in a damaged box and both had cracks in the bases. The company was great in replacing both of them free of charge (Much appreciated). However, the two replacements came in even worse shape. That box too was smashed (a testament to FedEx's lack of care with our items). Both new retractable banners do not only have cracked bases but they are both actually broken this time. It has nothing to do with the quality of the actual banners but the fact that they aren't even wrapped in paper or bubblewrap or anything and shipped in such flimsy boxes. I will be able to make due as I have no desire to request yet another replacement and can swap out pieces of the base from all four units to make the two solid ones I wanted, but I can't understand how the company makes any money with shipping like this.”

“Your rep called me because of an issue with the PDF I sent and we were able to navigate that successfully. Even though there was a slight delay due to that, the banner still arrived within the initial promised time. I would highly recommend your company to anyone!”
