“My banners are good and the price is right. The pole that holds up the banner had the elastic broken in it. It will still work but it doesn’t stay together when the banner is down.”

“The price is great. However my retractable banner came with no directions to setup. Then once I figured it out, it leaned forward. It doesn't stand up straight. I then reached to save it from falling over when the wind blew and it came loose because obviously I set it up wrong (because I had no instructions). As it retracted at the speed of light the banner ripped and came partially out the metal frame. I was gutted. So I got my tape and mended it. I slide it back into the frame and set it back up. I had my son take a picture while holding it up so I could at least post on FB since I paid for it. But I was disappointed. Luckily I had my horizontal banner. Much better quality and versatility. I'll never buy a retractable again.”
