“The price is great. However my retractable banner came with no directions to setup. Then once I figured it out, it leaned forward. It doesn't stand up straight. I then reached to save it from falling over when the wind blew and it came loose because obviously I set it up wrong (because I had no instructions). As it retracted at the speed of light the banner ripped and came partially out the metal frame. I was gutted. So I got my tape and mended it. I slide it back into the frame and set it back up. I had my son take a picture while holding it up so I could at least post on FB since I paid for it. But I was disappointed. Luckily I had my horizontal banner. Much better quality and versatility. I'll never buy a retractable again.”

“The case is excellent, high quality. Stand is as advertised...It works fine, but will need some help in actual situations where we use it. If I get more banners, I might go with the upgraded stand.”
