“To be honest the online tool could be more in scale to real application, pica font scales when your designing in inches? As my family is in the tent and awning business, the corner re-enforcements really need to be sewn into the corners and grommet applied through all material. With the instructions sent, that corner application adds absolutely no strength at all. (from a professional viewpoint)”

“It came damaged. I was so excited about getting it and needed it in time for a gig that i figured out how o fix it with you tube. I had to hammer the end back in place that was bent and caused the end to come out and lose the tension needed to roll back up. Finally got it after several tries and using three different necessary tools.”
