“The banner looks great. My issue was with shipping side it did not arrive as promised. Also, was sent an email that there was a problem I responded to the email and never heard back. So customer service needs a bit of tweaking as well. All in all the banner was as expected.”

“Ok overall, but a little shoddy in the details. If you're looking for high-end, really nice work, this isn't it. Canvases are not actually 2x3 like advertised - they measure out at 23-1/4 by 35-1/4, so if you're trying to fit a specific space, be aware of the difference. Also, the canvas has trim lines that must be used as reference points, but they're not cut square on them, so on some of the signs you can see the black trim line on the edge.”

“I was originally leaning towards the vinyl banner; representative talked me into the mesh. Banner/print looks great until you hang it up...you can't see it! Have to hang with a back ground; tough when you event is out in the woods. Otherwise happy with the quick production and shipping.”
