“The edge of the banner is not securely fasted all the way across the top. I paid additional postage to receive the banner on Tuesday, 10/9/24, for a meeting on 10/9/24 but got a message that the banner would not be delivered until 10/10/24. I think I should receive some refund for these issues.”
