“We received it promptly, and were very pleased with the quality. The pictures were sharp and clear, and the coloring was great. The only slight problem was that it wasn't completely centered vertically, but that was a minor problem. We've noticed you have to be careful rolling it back into the case, or the edges can easily be folded. Over all, we are very pleased!”

“This is a beautiful banner with crisp colors. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because there was a problem with complete retraction. I did reach out to the customer service department. They tried to help with troubleshooting the problem. My husband was able to fix it.”
