“The banner is flawless! I ordered 1 retractable vinyl banner (63in x 23in) and it's even better than I had hoped for. It was a prototype and now I'm ready to order a full set of 11. I'm using these in a local library system to promote learning American history. They're the perfect height for a smaller setting but I can imagine using the next size up too in larger spaces.”

“the banner bends inward on the edges; it makes it hard to read some of the wording. Other than that it's okay.”

“The hook for the banner cracked after one use and we cannot use it. We called to get a replacement hook and we were told they do not have any spare parts and would have to get a new banner.”
