“Apparently there was some miscommunication about my banner having grommets installed (I thought it was clear to the person I placed the order with, but the banner arrived without grommets). To BOTC's credit, they did EVERYTHING to make the situation all better, even with my super-tight deadline. They were absolutely great, and I will definitely order from them again in the future.”
