“The first banners were not packaged well and were bent. After sending in a picture of the damage the banners were replaced. The large banner was done well both times but the small one was a bit crooked on the second printing. Needed to use it so it will do. .”

“I had sent in artwork that would be "fuzzy" if printed the size I wanted. Customer service advised me of this and worked with me until we found acceptable artwork. The banner was delivered and looks great.”
