“Received my banner and it unfortunately had one of the grommets missing so I called customer service and they immediately reprinted and reshipped a new banner out after I sent pictures of the original one missing the grommet. Customer Service agent Ashley W. was very polite and took care of my issue immediately. I will be sure to recommend this company to my friends.”

“I called about my banner's drilled holes. As soon as I figure it out how to get on the computer, I will the pictures. Things do workn't work well when you need them the most.”
