“There was lots of confusion about what I needed on my banner (reversed arrows for two sided banner). I thought the customer service person with whom I dealt should have figured it out way quicker than they did. However, they were super friendly and tried to be of assistance. The banner itself is great.”

“Items arrived in great shape and good quality. They do not have quantity packaging or discounts. Their prices are good so the quantity discount is not really a problem, however, we ordered 24 banners that only come shipped in containers of two in a carton. We will have 12 cartons. This doesn't seem efficient, but as far as service and product, I will order from them again and recommend them to others. Thank you.”
