“I contacted customer service as I was dissatisfied with the product upon arrival. Customer service went above and beyond what I expected and I am awaiting the arrival of my new banners. They provided me with a proof so that I could see what the changes would look like and I expect to be completely satisfied.”

“banners are great, however the packaging needs to be improved. One corner of the box was hit during UPS shipping and that corner of the aluminum banners was bent. I straightened rather than filing a claim. Extra cardboard on the corners or a foam block would have prevented the damage.”
