“I was creating a custom banner. The image I sent wouldn't work. The art department contacted me immediately. I carefully followed their recommendations and resolved the problem quickly. The people in the art department were fantastic. I have been recommending them to all my friends.”

“I ordered a Real Estate yard banner. These banners are typically hung, meaning you get holes cut in them. The site has no offering for this, and nothing that indicates it's not something they do. It felt misleading. Why would I order banners that can't be hung?”
