“banners arrived on time, long wait but as expected delivery time. One banner was printed incorrectly, upside down on one side, contacted customer service and was told to send a photo of defective product. The product was re-ordered, but wanted just a refund. Customer service was helpful but made me jump through a few more hoops to get a refund.”
