“The banners are very good. I'd say 4.5 out of 5. However, one of the stands was damaged in shipping. I have reported this orally on the telephone as well as sent photos of the damaged base and the torn box in which it was delivered. Waiting to know what you intend to do about it. The work was completed quickly and received even faster than expected. The shipment is what is causing me a problem.”

“Purchased this for my event, 4 weeks before the event and I noticed it was not being processed for a week and I messaged them and asked for an update and they kept telling me wait until delivery date and it was passed delivery date and they canceled my order. Luckily I still had enough time to order from vistaprint.”
