“As for quality I do think the banner is very nice and I’m happy with how it turned out. The case is really helpful and was perfect for traveling in a plane with. It fit in the overhead bins well. I gave 3 stars because I ordered this with other items and this banner never shipped. When I contacted them they said the item was in hold and they couldn’t retrieve my file but I had sent the same file as the previous banner that was shipped and I was not notified about needing a new file and would not have been notified had I not called. I ordered the banner 15 days ahead of an event I needed it for and it showed up 2 days before the event. When I called I told them I needed them to send it to me overnighted once it was printed due to them not reaching out in a timely manner, they agreed to do that but they did not actually overnight it and it showed up 2 nights before leaving for my event. Going forward I would more than likely use someone else to print my materials.”

“Historically I have used a different company for banners, this was my first retractable one. I am looking to grow my Life and Business Coaching at N-Gage Coaching Solutions. The price difference was 50% less than the competitor. The results: great product, good print, cannaster seems good that it retracts into as well. I will note that because the base is light weight raising it up onto the pole to hold it can be tricky due to the amount of tension. Perhaps this will be less of an issue in the future as I use it more. That aside great product, good value for the money. I have a conference I am setting up a booth and I believe the two banners I purchased will draw the attention I need from potential customers.”
