“Very stressful, will not be using them again. I was under a deadline to get a banner and went with these guys. After placing the order, I received an email 3 or 4 days later saying there was a problem with the content I provided and to call them asap. So I call them right away and according to their phone message, they apparently decided to take a company-wide full day off for some kind of party! So not only did they not even look at my time-sensitive order for 3 days, but then they delayed it another full day with this "party." Once we finally got the content issue resolved I was told it may not get to me by the original deadline because of the delay (that wasn't my fault). Luckily, it did arrive on the morning of the event (3 days late) but it was damaged. We were able to use it but we were not happy. I sent them an email on 11/3 requesting a refund or a replacement and didn't hear anything for almost 3 weeks until I sent another email on 11/21 basically saying "WTF??" I finally received a response saying the new one was on the way. We received a replacement banner 3 weeks later on 12/12. ZERO sense of urgency. I get the impression that this is a very small 1 or 2-man operation that is either overwhelmed or just isn't experienced running a business where people are expecting a product on a deadline.”
