“Received an email regarding a quality concern with the file I submitted, so I called to resolve the issue immediately. I was told there be no delays, and that the banner we go back to the production. I did not receive the banner with the rest of my order. Reached back out to find out the banner was never released and missed our event date. Once we received the banner we noticed the vertical banner stand had minor damage which looked to damaged prior to shipment because there was no sign of damage on the box.”

“I have been using this company for some years and this is the first time I have given it 1 star. But that is because I ordered a retractable banner and because I was given a notice that I had to approve the print my banner did not get here in time. The response time takes too long and held up my product. I told them to cancel it because it would not get to me in time and they did not do that.”
