“This retractable banner looks great and the case is very nice. Unfortunately, I do outdoor markets and the first time I used it the wind bent the holes for the support pole and I don't think it will be useable again. I wish the base had been made of a sturdier material rather than pressed light-weight aluminum. I am going to see if I can rig it to work or use the banner in another way. This would be great for indoor use.”

“First banner came broken due to shipping but they quickly sent me another one. So I was pleased with the customer service. The colors were a tad off from what I thought but it still looks nice!”

“I put up my banner for an business expo and when tried to pull the banner up the banner became disconnected from the top roller. I would like to send it back to have it fixed or replaced.”
