“They sent me someone else's banner. There was confusion and a lot of back and forth over getting the correct one sent to me. I had to send them photographs of the wrong banner before they would agree to replace it. The correct one is nicely done. I'm glad I didn't order the banner at the last minute or I would not have had it for my event. They expedited the delivery of the correct banner, and I did get it on time. The stand is flimsy and will need some sandbags or something to weigh it down to keep it standing up when people are walking past it. I guess that's why they call themselves "cheap."”

“The banners were reasonably priced and arrived in a very timely manner. The graphics resolution was not comparable to that in the proof graphic on the website. We could not see that the text was a little fuzzy.”

“I like the quality of the banner but the coloring of my photos were off. They were professioal photos. It was also hard to judge when stretching the photo during the design to know if it was in scale.”
