“This is my second Barton band. I have been very impressed by the quality of the first Barton band, a black leather one, that I thought I'd try to add a brown one to the mix. The problem was, I screwed up the measurement of my watch and ordered the 20mm instead of the 21mm. Well, I thought the most impressive thing about this company was the quality of its bands until I experienced the absolutely stellar customer experience. When I contacted Barton, I requested that they send me larger pins, thinking the pins they supplied were too short (they weren't - they were for the 20mm size, and I didn't yet realize I'd ordered the wrong size). They immediately shipped me, free of charge, two sets of pins, not just one. Then, when my watch manufacturer finally got back to me to advise that my watch required a 21mm band, not 20mm two weeks after I already received the pins from Barton, I sheepishly asked Barton if I could exchange the 20mm band, which I'd worn now for a couple weeks, for the 21mm version. I received the 21mm version three days later! And I hadn't even sent back the 20mm one yet! Amazing. As for the band itself: these bands are soft, beautiful leather. The brown is the perfect hue, and even though I've gotten the band wet with both sweat and occasional water, it has not discolored or stained at all and has remained soft and strong. Just an all-round excellent company to do business with.”

“I purchased a Barton strap on the 29th April and another one on the 3rd of May even before the first one left your store because they seemed to be the straps to put on my watches. Here we are on the 6th of June in New Zealand and I am yet to receive either one of them. I am so disappointed. I have no Idea what is happening as the tracking system is useless. Shame on you Barton watch Straps.”
