“When the leather band on my well-liked Fossil watch fell apart after five years of daily use, I looked for a new watch band on the web. Fortunately, I found a link to Barton on the Target web site. I ordered a new Weathered Brown leather band from Barton, and Barton mailed in a day or two. Alas, I did not realize that my old band had shrunk through the years of use and ordered a size too small. When I asked to exchange the band, Barton sent a larger size without waiting for the return. Now, the new band fits perfectly try and looks great. I expect to get many years of use with the new band. I award five stars to Barton for excellent service and a quality product at a reasonable price.”
