“I did not find it accurate. My sleep cycles were all over the place and didn't agree with my feeling or my Fitbit. Also, trying to get it to recognize an activity was really difficult. I was relying on my Polar M430 to compare and it was not even close. It was too hard to use and the app was not easy to use. I sent it back.”

“Spend 45+min a day trying to get it to connect. Loses workouts constantly. Makes up sleep times. Makes up workouts too . Would get a refund if it wasn't for a 135+$ restocking fee”

“I love this product and have been happily using it for 2 weeks. For me sleep monitoring + HRV are the top sellers and it does it very well. Some drawbacks are step tracking that is not accurate (sometimes really off) and the fact that you NEED to charge it before it reaches 10% or let the battery completely discharge (I charged it under 10% one day and couldn’t connect it to my app so after some good advice from Biostrap them I had to let the battery drain without using it for 3 full days). Can’t wait for some of the improvements Biostrap is already working on and to have months of use to have a better grasp at (part of) my health.”

“going back to fitbit. some days no syncing. some days incorrect syncing. said i slept 2 hours one night i slept at least 5. syncing takes forever when it does sync. dont trust accuracy even when it does sync.”

“Everything i'm interested in tracking can be done on this device (except gps location), but i have to whip out my phone every time in order to see it. And i can't set an alarm or get notifications etc. So, nah.”

“Do not purchase this device for SPO2 tracking. Cyan from customer service has informed me that the method of collection and algorithm used are inaccurate. Cyan stated a 4% margin of error but when compared to a pulse oximeter the device proved to be off by as much as 12%. They lead you in with University and clinical trials but will inform you that device is snake oil when you run into problems. Deceptive practice and inaccurate technology. This device is not ready for prime time and we are all beta testers.”
