“This feeder is absolutely the best I have ever had. My mother-in-law has had hers for at least 5 years with no squirrels so I decided to try it because I seem to have the smartest squirrels who always figure out my feeders. Since I got this one, I have had no squirrel even come close to besting this feeder. They simply try to claim the pole and can‚Äôt reach around the hollow green lower part of the feeder and they just give up. Now they just eat scraps on the ground.
But the most impressive thing about this feeder is that it is sturdy enough to stand up to a bear attack. A bear was able to bend the pole, knock the feeder to the ground and somehow pry the cover off but he could not destroy the feeder. I thought for sure when I found the feeder on the ground that he would have shattered the plexiglass of the feeder, but he could not. There was a tiny paint scrape which is not even hardly noticeable but the feeder was hardly damaged. I was able to bend back the bottom pole (I couldn‚Äôt get it perfect but it is still serviceable) and re-attach the feeder and it is almost as good as new. I love this bird feeder and would not even consider getting any other. Also this company has the best customer service. When most things these days are not as good as you expect, this company and this feeder surpassed all my expectations.”

“Squirrels absolutely cannot get to the feed. I have owned at least four of them, BUT after a few years they rust and once that begins, there's no stopping it! The company has replaced them twice for me which was really great. However, I will order another since this one lasted 4 years before the rust began! I even tried coating it with Rustoleum to see if that would help..It lasted longer but it didn't stop the rust.”
