Definitely keeps the large birds out, but don’t know why they didn’t include an easier, more user friendly way to put the pieces together.

The bird cages was juat what I needed. I have used two of the three cages I bought. The BIG BIRDS ( black birds, crows and bluejays) can not get to the feeder and eat up all the bird seed.

I put out a feeder called a stacker and the squirrels love to eat it all. With the cage we only have birds at the feeder and not squirrels. It's a great product.

Works wonderfully with my tube feeders. It does take a few days for little birds to get used to. Those large aggressive birds tried a few times and have not come back since. I did not use the screw included to fasten the bottom of the cage. Found the zip ties are quite easy to use. Sometime I use the bottom as top for an easy refill.

Works well, except that the crackles still swarm the cage and stick their heads through the grid to scrounge seeds. They're amazingly persistent.

Fulfills its promise. The smaller birds can get in and out, but the grackles are stymied. They finally went away! BUT... I had to figure out on my own how to attach the bottom. No explanation comes along.

I was having an issue with the larger birds and squirrels eating all the bird seed. I wouldn't mind except they ran off all the finches and smaller birds. These cages were easy to attach (I had to use zip ties for the bottom) and solved the problem. We'll made product. Great customer service!
