“Purchased as an anniversary gift but failed to arrive on time so unable to give as planned, biscuit arrived 3 days late, recipient now away, so unable to recieve. Email to customer service very dismissive, not biscuiteer fault, royal mail are the problem and fathers day. As a repeat customer this not good enough. I will think twice before using again which is a huge shame.”
