I ordered this , for the first time using this company for my sister who lives in Spain usually . The writing was very clear wishing her a Happy Christmas . I was going to get some iced biscuits from Fortnum and Mason but they had run out of stock so I found this company on the internet. I wanted this to be special for her as she is coming over to the Uk and I decorated a ceramic mug for her to accompany the Christmas Pudding biscuit which arrived in perfect order ,not broken in the post thank goodness as it was wrapped up so well for its destination.

The products are great but I order lots of personalised biscuits and in previous years they have marked the name for each on the back so I know which is which. This year I have a large order with no indication of which is which. So I have had to unpack every biscuit to see who it's for, ruining the lovely packaging. When I complained, they said they were too busy nowadays to do that any more. Classic example of small company getting too big for their boots an ignoring why we used them originally.
