“My delivery arrived damaged In the post so I contacted The Biscuiteers and within hours they had responded, apologised with a lovely email, and sent me a new Order out. They package their deliveries really well so the damage wasn’t their fault but I was really delighted with how they dealt with the situation. Great customer service. Biscuits are lovely (I would just ask for more flavours). Lovely company to buy from.”
