A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“This was a birthday gift for my sister in the US (as blue is her favorite colour). She opened it on FaceTime (so I was 'there' even though in the UK) and loved it. It arrived on time, was artfully packaged, and she was charmed by all the details (and seeing her name). She volunteered that if I reviewed Biscuiteers to make sure to say how wonderful she thought her birthday biscuit was and that she loved everything about it! (Happy it was such a hit -- as otherwise I'd have been there in person for her big day.) Thank you, Biscuiteers! Outstanding result!”

“I’m afraid I was underwhelmed. The icing decoration was very good but the underlying biscuit was a bit soft and did not taste as good as it looked. It also arrived a day late, and not on the birthday as requested. Sorry I could not be more positive.”
