Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

I had this sent to my father for his birthday as he was self isolating due to Covid19 so we were unable to be with him on his actual birthday. He hasn't eaten it yet, saying it was too nice to eat! He was thrilled and far nicer than a birthday card!!
