A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“The birthday girl biscuit card has still not been received by the birthday girl. Apparently it was delivered on Wednesday 8 March - the day of the birthday - but she has not received it. I left a message on the biscuiteers telephone and then rang again this morning Monday. The person I spoke to said she would investigate and ring back. I have heard nothing. This is very disappointing. My telephone number is 01263 741000. Please call me.”

Hi Rosemary, as discussed earlier in the week when we spoke on the telephone, your order was delivered by Royal Mail, so I am sorry to hear that the recipient did not receive it. Royal Mail Investigations for missing items can take some time, so as agreed your order has been resent whilst we look into this. I hope that the recipient enjoys their replacement biscuit gift. “The biscuit was extremely well-received by my great niece, but it cost me a great deal of money as the original order arrived at the wrong delivery address after I had had considerable trouble with your website. As a result, I had to order another one, with express delivery included, in order to ensure that it arrived in time for my great-niece's birthday. I am very annoyed about this, and found your customer service staff to be unhelpful, although the lady with whom I communicated by email was better. I have returned the original biscuit to you and understand that I will receive a full refund for this order. I am afraid that I will have considerable reservations regarding ordering from your company again, and hope that my comments are noted.”

Although we are glad to hear your niece loved her Biscuit gift, we are very sorry to hear you experienced some website problems! Unfortunately as the wrong address was entered at the checkout and your order had already been dispatched at the time you contacted us, regretfully we were not able to change the address for you as your delivery was already on its way with Royal Mail. We are sorry for the understandable disappointment that was caused by this.
