A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“I was reasonalby happy with the online ordering process. HOwever, I paid a surcharge for the biscuit to be deliverd the next day (Saturday 14th Nov.) which was the birthday and it wasn't deliverd until Monday 16th. I emailed Biscuiteers but have had not response. So - instead of almost daily promotional emails and this generic review format, I'd really like to know why my dleivery was late and to get a refund on the special deivery charge!”

We have spoken to UK Mail and can confirm that the vehicle which was delivering your order unfortunately broke down at 9:00am on the specified delivery date. This subsequently led to the delay in delivery. We are really sorry to hear you feel let down and your delivery charge has been refunded.
