A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“This was the perfect little birthday present for a grown up God-daughter. She was so pleased with it, she couldn't help eating it as soon as it arrived, but did manage to send me a before photograph of the beautifully iced biscuit with her name on it. Delicious - she said!
