A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

Hi Rose, Thank you so much for your review. I'm really sorry to hear your order wasn't delivered on the day you requested. That's so disappointing to hear! Our Royal Mail service can't always guarantee the delivery date. 95% of deliveries will be made on your chosen date (Mon-Sat excluding Bank Holidays), the remaining 5% will be delivered the following working day, which is what looks like happened with yours. “I'm sure that the biscuit is lovely however I'm still waiting for delivery! I asked for delivery on my sisters birthday but now at 18:00 hr we haven't had it. While I appreciate the current conditions make things more difficult I was surprised to see the biscuit was despatched the day before it was due and with a note to say there were delays with the post office. I am disappointed with this and not what I expected”

“This was a gift for my daughter-in-law sent to her during Lockdown. I have not seen it or tasted it so very difficult to rate the biscuit!”

“Sadly this is my 2nd order and both arrived late. The first order was 5 days late the 2nd still hasn't arrived, 2 days late. The biscuits are lovely when they do arrive but I wont be sending again in place of a birthday card or as a gift for a specific date.”
