A bit about our chocolate biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our chocolate bake uses rich cocoa powder to give a luxurious, chocolatey taste.

“Absolutely beautiful biscuit, iced perfectly, packaged really well, and delivered on the correct day. The only reason I'm only giving three stars is that the recipient couldn't work out who it was from, as there was no card/gift message in the box, even though there should have been. Once the recipient found out it was from me, she checked and double checked the box and all the packaging and confirmed there definitely was no card. This is the second time I've experienced this with Biscuiteers; it also happened when I ordered a tin of biscuits back in November last year. Again, the recipient didn't know who the gift was from, until I very sheepishly asked her after about a week whether she'd received it. So, overall, it's a great product, but I'm a bit nervous to order again.”

This is very unusual to hear as we have very strict checks in place to ensure that everything is packaged correctly within our dispatch area. “Thanks heaps! I organised from Australia for this beautiful biscuit to be sent to my friend in the UK on her birthday which just happened to be Christmas Day! Everything went smoothly, my friend was thrilled with the biscuit card, the packaging and most of all the taste. For my friend and me it’s been a fantastic experience, so thanks Biscuiteers from The girl from Oz.”

“Lovely looking biscuit and I'm told by the recipient it was very tasty too! It did however arrive a day late, in spite of being ordered a week in advance. Rather disappointing.”

Regarding the delivery, so with our Royal Mail service we do say at checkout that this is not a guaranteed service and there is a 95% chance that the delivery will be made on the day you select at checkout and a small chance it can be delivered the next working day, which seems to have been the case with your order.
