“I am truly disappointed by the delivery of this product which l chose specifically as letter box friendly so my sister could open it in case she was out it was for her birthday but she had to go to the post office to collect it by then it was Thursday 2 days after her birthday what a disappointment in my case and very sad for my sister after this experience l will not be ordering again and feel that after paying for delivery etc that l could of got something elsewhere Yours dissatisfied customer P Blowman”
