A bit about our vanilla biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We're so sorry you found the biscuits a bit chewy, we will look into this with our production team, as we would hope our biscuits arrive with a texture between a shortbread and a gingerbread, as they are a twice baked English style biscuit, so they should have a bit of a snap to them. Regarding the biscuit size, we do try to make it as clear as possible on the website the size of the biscuit by including multiple images and the size of the biscuit box within the product description, but we are sorry if this was not made clear enough on this occasion.
