“As this is a present and I did not want to unwrap it, I have to assume the biscuit is of the usual high standard. A humorous, small present for someone special you want to say thank you to at Christmas.”
“I got a few different biscuits online to give as small presents and was very disappointed when I received the order. They do look cute and pretty but way too small and not worth the money I paid. If I saw them in a shop I would never buy them as they look overpriced.”
“I ordered this as a gift due on 18th December for a very special reason, and gave plenty of notice by placing the order on 28th November, at which time there were no warnings given that my chosen delivery date wouldn't be met.
Not only did Biscuiteers fail to deliver on time, they also didn't bother contacting me ahead of the delivery date (when they were fully aware they couldn't meet the commitment they made) so I could make other arrangements. I'm very pleased they were busy as we want to see all businesses succeeding after such a difficult year, but this terribly poor service is unforgivable to me and I won't be using them again.”
