A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste

“Our dear friend was feeling very sore after an emergency appendix operation. The great thing is that she has been cheered up while able to admire Nurse Jolly Ginger for a few days, being unable to nibble until she feels better. More brilliant than a get well card.”
