A bit about our gingerbread bake biscuits
Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon a traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somwhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our gingerbread bake uses delicous mix of spices to give it a sweet and fragrant taste

The gingerbread men are great value for money. Thy always have a great flavour and look pretty! The only thing I would say is that the green cross on the nurses hat was so small that you couldn't really tell it was a cross/a nurse but still looked good. Thank you so much, you cheered up my poorly friend big time!
